FAQs
Helpful information before you book.
Where are you based out of?
We have 2 offices! One in Conway, Arkansas, and the other in Tontitown, Arkansas. We love serving Central and Northwest Arkansas.
Do you charge per square footage?
To keep things simple, we charge by the number of photos.
What do I need to do to prepare for a shoot?
We kindly ask you or your seller to do 4 things: pull cars out of the driveway, turn on all the lights, turn off all the ceiling fans and open all the blinds.
Will you help move things to clear a shot?
Of course! We usually spend the first 5–10 minutes straightening things up: pillows, clutter, even a large obstacle. No charge for this, either.
What is the turnaround time?
Next morning for all photo services, and next day for all video services.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Have the person you refer type in your code for $100 off your next order. These rewards stack.
